Day 3

Today was Hollywood Studios! We knew it would be a bit more rainy today, so we went to Hollywood Studios, where most of the attractions are under cover. It only rained for a few minutes while we were outside, but there were still plenty of crowds.
I had to snap a photo of the biggest sham we've seen so far on this trip....plastic ponchos for $7.50. Way to go Disney...you have now capitalized on not only the useless stuffed animal trade, but also preyed upon the unwarranted rain phobias of 80 percent of the world's citizenry. It was hilarious to watch all these people flock to the poncho carts and fork over money for a glorified plastic bag which they used for about 15 minutes.
Below is Streets of America, which is outside. Later on that night, the streets of America lit up! They had a whole light show with every building covered in lights! We got to tour the Disney back lot, and we even saw the gun from Honey I Shrunk the Kids!
Btw, that is one of the best movies of all time. On that note, we also visited the Honey I Shrunk the Kids! play area, which was so cool! I even found a huge canister of film! We also saw a stunt show which had some amazing car chases! We decided that the stunt drivers have THE best jobs....they get to drive like crazy for about an hour a day!
Our favorite ride of the day was Rock 'n' Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith (the front of which was this cool guitar).
Inside, the indoor (in the dark) ride started out really fast, as seen in the photo below. Notice how calm the folks in front of us are.
We also enjoyed the Indiana Jones stuntman show. That's Indy underneath the plane.
The scariest ride was The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror.
This was a cool Mickey hedge.

And the most boring thing we did was watch the Beauty and the Beast show....which paled in comparison to the Finding Nemo show at Animal Kingdom (where everyone actually sang live instead of lip syncing).
Funniest moment of the day was during Star Tours when the little girl in front of us kept asking her dad, "Are we really going into Outer Space?" and then at the end of the ride she says, "Is that it?"

Please say that you want on Toy Story Mania while there and I hope you went on it multiple times! That was our favorite ride in Hollywood Studios! You two are looking like you still are having an awesome time! How was seeing the light display? We saw it on tv and it looked amazing...I couldn't imagine seeing it in person!!!!
